BX Consultations Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to BX Consultations online courses, digital downloads, PDFs, guides, and other digital educational products. Please read them before purchasing or using our products.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a product, accessing a course, or using BX Consultations digital content, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the products.
2. Educational Information Only
BX Consultations courses, guides, PDFs, videos, templates, and other digital materials are provided for educational and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for individualized medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice or treatment. Purchasing a digital product or course does not create a therapist-client, BCBA-client, or other professional treatment relationship with BX Consultations.
3. Purchases and Access
You agree to provide accurate information when purchasing or creating an account. Access to digital products and courses is for the purchaser's personal or professional educational use, subject to these Terms.
Some courses may include downloadable PDFs, guides, worksheets, or other digital files. Access may depend on the Thinkific platform or other technology providers.
4. Refund Policy - Digital Products and Courses
Because BX Consultations provides digital products, downloadable materials, and online course content that may be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to the purchased digital product or course has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If you are unable to access a product you purchased, please email [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate access or technical issues.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or there is a billing error, contact us so we can review the transaction.
5. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
BX Consultations owns or licenses the course content, PDFs, guides, worksheets, graphics, videos, written materials, and other content it provides, unless otherwise stated.
Your purchase gives you a limited right to use the materials for your own personal or professional educational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, upload, share account access, or make BX Consultations materials available to others without written permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and for activity under your account. Please contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unauthorized sharing, misuse of content, or violations of these Terms.
7. Results and Responsibility
Educational strategies may work differently for different individuals and families. BX Consultations does not guarantee a particular result, outcome, behavior change, or improvement from using a course or digital product. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply the information to your circumstances and for seeking individualized professional assistance when appropriate.
8. Third-Party Services
Our products may be delivered through third-party services such as Thinkific and payment providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. BX Consultations is not responsible for temporary outages or interruptions outside its reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with access issues related to a purchase.

We may update our products, course content, or these Terms from time to time. Changes to these Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Material changes will apply as required by applicable law.
